Job Coaching & Case Management Specialist (50-80%)

The Stiftung SAG is a non-profit organization that carries out education and labor integration projects for job seekers throughout Switzerland. The motivational semester «SEMO - Die Berufsfirma» supports and accompanies young people with job coaching, school education, and practical employment on the way to basic vocational training. To support our team for the Wattwil location, we are looking for, by arrangement, a: Job Coaching & Case Management Specialist (50-80%) Who we are: The SEMO in Wattwil – a place where learning is fun and creativity knows no bounds! We accompany young people in their search for an apprenticeship. This includes, among other things, preparation for vocational school and closing gaps from secondary school. Your mission: Accompanying and coaching Conducting intake, status, and counseling interviews Individual coaching on personal, academic, and professional topics Supporting young people in the development of realistic goals and perspectives Promoting independence as well as learning and working strategies Observation, documentation, and evaluation of the development processes of the young people Vocational orientation and application coaching Accompanying the vocational choice process and showing various training paths Support in the creation of professional application documents Conducting workshops, for example on the application video or application process Development of individual application strategies Case Management Application of the case management method and accompanying more complex integration processes Involvement of the social environment as well as coordination of cooperation with parents, authorities, companies, and other specialist centers Ensuring coordinated support together within the interdisciplinary team and other participants Close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team as well as active participation in the further development of the offering Who we are looking for: You are a committed and inspiring personality with a degree in Social Work. Ideally, you have coaching training (at least 60 lessons) or further education in Case Management (at least CAS). You have experience in dealing with young people and do not let changes disturb your calm? Perfect. Patience and flexibility are among your superpowers? Even better!
