• You carry out repair, maintenance, and assembly work independently
• You analyze malfunctions and find pragmatic solutions directly on site
• You undertake work in various trades such as wood, metal, sanitary, and simple electrical work
• You install and replace components such as lights, locks, fittings, or hardware
• You carry out regular property inspections and recognize deficiencies early
• You implement immediate measures in the event of malfunctions or damage

• Completed basic manual vocational training
• (e.g., sanitary, electrical, carpenter, metal construction, or similar)
• Several years of practical experience in building maintenance or the manual sector
• Broad manual skills and technical understanding
• Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working
• Joy in taking action and implementing things independently
• Team spirit, flexibility, and high customer orientation
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
