General Project Manager Building Physics and Sustainability (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, a specialized engineering company, we are looking for an experienced personality as a General Project Manager Building Physics and Sustainability (m/f/d). You will lead demanding projects in areas such as energy, building physics, acoustics, and sustainability. In doing so, you combine technical quality with economic responsibility and support a dedicated team in its further development.

Tasks

• Independent management of interdisciplinary projects with responsibility for quality, deadlines, and economic efficiency
• Development of suitable concepts and technical solutions for demanding construction projects
• Advising clients, architectural offices, authorities, and other project participants
• Coordination of various disciplines as well as promoting clear cooperation within the project
• Technical leadership and support of employees in everyday project activities
• Use of modern digital methods to improve planning and project execution
• Participation in the further development of services, processes, and new solution approaches

Profile

• Several years of experience in managing complex construction or engineering projects
• Sound specialist knowledge in at least one area such as building physics, energy, acoustics, or sustainable construction
• Experience in the technical leadership and motivation of project teams
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as confident handling of costs, deadlines, and project goals
• Clear communication and professional appearance towards different stakeholder groups
• Interest in digitalization, new technologies, and AI-supported working methods
• Independent, forward-looking, and responsible way of working
• Team-oriented personality with resilience and a pragmatic attitude
