Job Description
As a Plant Operator, you will strengthen our production team. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that we can guarantee smooth daily production processes and contribute significantly to the quality of our products. With technical skill and a sense of responsibility, you make a central contribution to the daily success of our production.

Your Tasks

• Operation and monitoring of the production facilities for the manufacture of our diverse products
• Regular performance of format and plant changeovers due to product variety, cleaning, and maintenance work
• Carrying out quality controls and ensuring compliance with our production standards
• Optimization of production processes to increase efficiency
• Cooperation with other departments to ensure a smooth production flow

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a Plant Operator or basic training in a technical or food technology field
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and an independent, proactive way of working

Experience in food production is an advantage

• Readiness for shift work during peak loads
• Strong physical resilience, eager to work, and reliable
• Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and actively contributing to the success of the production process
