Your area of responsibility

• Independent management of the assigned real estate accounts of a portfolio with rental properties and condominium ownership
• Ensuring accounts receivable and accounts payable management including dunning procedures
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as heating and service charge settlements
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines as well as quality standards
• Contact person for internal and external stakeholders in accounting matters

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in finance and accounting (federal diploma)
• Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting with expertise in closing (individual statements)
• Very good ERP knowledge, ideally Aba Immo
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
