Operations Agent 100% Permanent - Green spaces

Following the upcoming departure of an employee, and as part of a reorganization of its road maintenance department, the Municipality of Jorat-Mézières is advertising the following position: Operations Agent 100% road maintenance service – Green spaces Main missions: Ensure the cleaning and weeding of public spaces and cemeteries, using manual and mechanized equipment. Ensure the replacement of the person in charge of flowers and decoration. Participate in the organization and smooth running of communal events by ensuring setup work, logistical support, and restoration of sites, including certain weekends and public holidays. Provide occasional assistance in other road maintenance departments. Participate in winter on-call services. Your profile: Holder of a CFC as an Operations Agent (road maintenance option) or CFC as a landscaper. You are organized, have a sense of responsibility, and are capable of taking initiative. You have a customer service orientation and possess an excellent team spirit, while knowing how to work independently. You hold the certification of in-company trainer, an asset. Good physical condition required. Category B driving license indispensable, trailer license an asset. In order to ensure winter services and rapid interventions in case of need, you are domiciled in the Municipality or in the immediate vicinity. Start date: immediately or to be agreed.
