Specialist for company pension fund (also part-time) The pension fund insures the employees of the Group () within the framework of occupational provision. A small, dedicated and well-coordinated team at the company headquarters in Moosseedorf is responsible for the management and administration of the pension fund. As part of a targeted succession plan, we are commissioned with the recruitment of: Specialist Pension Fund (job sharing / workload 60-100% selectable) Your area of responsibility: Following a targeted induction, you will undertake the following main tasks: Processing all mutations including benefit cases (age/disability/death) Processing advances and repayments for WEF and divorces Pensioner administration as well as monthly pension payments Support and correspondence with employers, insured persons, pensioners and public authorities Collaboration with the reinsurer Invoicing of contributions and contribution reconciliation with the employer companies Processing of the monthly payroll interface Advising insured persons Participation in the annual financial statements, in projects as well as in process optimizations Your profile: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in pension fund administration or in another social insurance (AHV, daily allowance insurance, HR) Further training in the field of occupational provision or social insurance is an advantage Good German skills, Italian skills are an advantage Enjoyment of independent and process-oriented work Customer-oriented, responsible, proactive and committed Open to innovations, changes or additional tasks Your perspectives: In this well-managed pension fund and in the small team, you will have insight (and participation) into all matters of pension fund administration.
