• Administrative support in various areas of clinic administration
• Independent creation of documents and letters
• Obtaining and processing information
• Maintenance of databases and systems (recording, correcting, deleting entries)
• Communication with employees and patients via telephone and e-mail
• Appointment scheduling
• Participating in and organizing meetings and events
• Mail processing
