Job Description
--------------------

As an ICUS, you ensure a key role in the organization and management of care activities within the rehabilitation clinic.

In this capacity, you:

• Actively participate in the management of the nursing team (planning, supervision, supporting employees, managing priorities).
• Ensure the fluidity, quality, and reliability of information transmitted within the establishment and between the different actors in the care process.
• Guarantee the efficiency of patient care by ensuring optimal organization of resources and an adequate distribution of the workload.
• Ensure the quality and safety of care, in compliance with institutional standards, protocols, and requirements.
• Contribute to the development, optimization, and harmonization of care processes.
• Participate in the implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of rehabilitation protocols, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support teams in the field and intervene in complex situations.
• Promote a positive working climate and a constructive team dynamic.

Qualifications
--------------

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or an equivalent title (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in rehabilitation
• Proven experience in team management
• Training in management (or in progress) is an asset
• Good understanding of the organizational and financial challenges of the healthcare sector
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to make decisions, manage priorities, and face complex situations
• Mastery of French orally and in writing (minimum B2 level)
