You maintain control of quality, deadlines, and costs at all times. You accompany the construction execution, monitor the work on-site, and are in regular exchange with clients, architects, engineers, planners, and internal departments. Additionally, you independently look after existing customers, acquire new customers, and create market-oriented offers. The calculation and preparation of offers for sanitary systems in residential, office, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure buildings are also part of your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you coordinate internal and external processes as well as resource requirements. Your profile You have basic training in the field of sanitary, ideally supplemented by further training such as Sanitärplaner/in EFZ or Techniker/in HF/TS specializing in sanitary. A strong customer orientation and a confident sales flair characterize you. You work flexibly, in a structured manner, and bring high teamwork skills. Experience in using Office and CAD programs is required. Your communicative nature and your quality awareness support you in leading projects successfully.
