To strengthen our team at the Mandat Mall of Switzerland, we are looking for a very flexible, service-oriented and committed person as of August 2026. This is what you can achieve with us. As an Infopoint employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers. In addition to representative tasks, services in the areas of parking and integration into the security system are included: • Friendly and competent reception of visitors, as well as their assignment and registration • Providing information • Forwarding complaints, complaints and order notifications to the responsible departments • Operating the parking garage's intercom system • Administrative tasks • Monitoring the parking area and controlling the barriers • Active support in the security organization • Renting and selling various items The deployments take place every Wednesday from 8:45 - 14:15 and every Friday from 15:00 - 21:15. Additionally, you are willing and flexible to take on more shifts in the event of short-term absences such as illness or during your colleagues' vacations. This is what characterizes you. Flexibility, reliability, independence and team spirit are also part of your character traits. • Commercial apprenticeship, hotel school or equivalent education • Professional experience at a reception or in an office with customer contact is an advantage • Very good German and English skills in word and writing, French and Italian are an advantage • Communicative and quick-thinking personality • Skilled handling of communication tools and electronic aids • Well-groomed appearance This is what we offer you.
