Your Tasks Support of the inside sales department in processing standard requests in daily business Advising Account Managers based on your technical expertise Conducting preliminary clarifications of customer inquiries (Pre-Qualification) to ensure complete information bases Recording, analyzing, and evaluating customer requirements as well as the existing starting situation at the customer Interface function between Sales and A&C as well as operational coordination of incoming inquiries Prioritization, control, and forwarding of inquiries to the corresponding specialists (task management) Support in the quotation process, especially with business justification and deal registration to optimize manufacturer conditions Administrative support in the creation of offers and bills of materials Your Profile You have a completed technical degree (FH/Uni) or comparable training and bring several years of professional experience in the IT environment.
