St. Gallen; Switzerland (and home office) \| 80-100% You can make this contribution <br /> • Develop and draft judgments from the areas of social insurance law (AHV/IV with foreign reference; special questions of occupational pension provision such as partial liquidation of pension institutions and supervisory measures; accident insurance such as subordination of companies and accident prevention) and public health law (in particular hospital lists and tariffs, highly specialized medicine, list of specialties, remedies/medical products) • Participate in the instruction of administrative complaint procedures • Write protocols for decision-making consultations and public hearings <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed law degree at a university, preferably with a lawyer's patent and/or doctorate • An advantage is several years of professional experience in administration, advocacy or at a court and/or in the legal areas of Department III or an academic career • Strong analytical thinking, precise linguistic expression, high independence, resilience, ability to criticize and team skills • Main and working language German, good active knowledge of at least one second official language and if possible passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In brief Apply your expertise in the varied activities of Department III and contribute to the application and development of public law.
