Responsibility for the posting and reconciliation of postal, bank, and intercompany transactions Ensuring correct and timely VAT accounting Technical responsibility for the subsidiary ledgers accounts receivable and accounts payable, including reconciliations and continuous optimization of processes Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as the annual reports for our three companies Preparation and support of external audits for four companies Responsibility for the internal control system (IKS) as well as compliance with finance-relevant guidelines Close cooperation with the CFO and Controlling in reporting, analyses, budget processes, and cross-departmental projects Active participation in the digitalization and further development of the finance department as well as optimization of payment transactions, quality management, and financial processes Opportunity to gradually take on leadership responsibility and to further expand your professional expertise Your tools: Commercial basic training with further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma (eidg.
