Your tasks

• Care and advice for pregnant women during the entire pregnancy
• Performance of preventive examinations and monitoring of the health status of mother and child
• Accompaniment of births, support during natural deliveries as well as assistance during medical interventions
• Professional care and aftercare of mother and newborn in the postpartum period
• Advice and training of parents in the areas of breastfeeding, baby care, and postpartum health promotion
• Documentation of care measures and interdisciplinary cooperation with gynecologists, pediatricians, and nursing staff

Your profile

• Completed training as a midwife HF/FH with SRK recognition
• Professional experience in a maternity clinic or in the outpatient sector is an advantage
• Empathy, sense of responsibility, and high social competence
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and willingness for further training
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage
