• Technical examination of the obligation to provide benefits according to legal, contractual and internal specifications
• Independent processing and billing of benefit cases
• Conducting medical clarifications with medical advisors
• Processing guarantees of payment
• Written and telephone correspondence in connection with claims processing
• Ensuring high-quality and efficient case processing

Your profile

• Mandatory experience in the insurance industry
• Very good knowledge of outpatient benefit processing (priority)
• Knowledge in the area of paramedicine is an advantage
• Independent, structured and exact way of working
• High resilience and ability to work in a team
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
