Construction Manager Renovation

You lead and coordinate renovation projects from tendering to commissioning in the Zurich region.

Tasks

• Leading and coordinating renovation projects from tendering to commissioning
• Ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and cost specifications
• Central contact person on-site for subcontractors, suppliers, planners, and authorities
• Contact person for clients, business partners, and tenants
• Maintaining an open and respectful communication culture

Profile

• Completed training in the main construction industry with further training as a Bauleiter, Techniker TS or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the construction management of renovation projects
• Experience in dealing with heritage-protected or protected objects is an advantage
• Sound technical construction knowledge and confident use of scheduling software, preferably Elcosoft Powerproject
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Strong communication and social skills
