The Service de l'action sociale (SASO) - Office cantonal de l'aide sociale (ODAS) is looking for a Social worker for the integration of people under 30 at 70% SASO70 The SASO is responsible for fighting poverty and social exclusion. It organizes the granting of financial aid to the population. An entity of the SASO, the ODAS advises and monitors social services. It ensures the implementation of the social and socio-professional integration system and collaborates actively with the office de l'insertion des jeunes (OFIJ), in particular with the Restart system. The objective of the latter is to help young people facing dropout aged 15 to 25 to find an apprenticeship through global and individualized support. As a social worker for the integration of people under 35 and a coach in vocational training within the framework of the Restart system, your mission is to ensure support towards entry into vocational training for young people aged 15 to 35. You work within two teams whose missions are complementary (ODAS and OFIJ). As a long-term referent, you receive young people in interviews and clarify their situation thanks to your analytical and synthesis skills. You identify their needs and expectations in order to co-construct a training project with them. While offering them individualized support and directing them towards measures adapted to their profiles, you mobilize their resources to overcome obstacles to their integration. In a case-manager role, you carry out coordination work of the actions of the interveners in the network and collaborate extensively with partners of the psycho-social and health network by adopting a systemic vision. Finally, you ensure the administrative management of files. Your profile Having benefited from training in the social field at bachelor level or a title deemed equivalent, you justify experience in the social sector and ideally in material aid as well as in conducting interviews with young people in difficulty. You are at ease in contacts and network work. Endowed with solid communication and mediation skills, you possess an in-depth knowledge of the social and economic network as well as the vocational training sector. Rigorous, you are able to manage organizational and administrative tasks. In addition, your spirit of initiative and adaptability allows you to work autonomously while demonstrating good resistance to stress and a capacity to maintain distance.
