Your main tasks:

• The focus of your daily work is on BAUHAUS customers, whom you convince from greeting to farewell with your friendly and professionally competent advice.
• You manage your own area, in which you bear ordering responsibility and ensure the availability of products as well as appealing product presentation.
• With an eye for detail, you ensure order and cleanliness in your area of responsibility.

Your profile:

• You were able to acquire your specialist knowledge through completed training or several years of experience as a retail specialist (Garden/Polynatura), potted or cut flower gardener, gardener, or in a tree nursery.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial sales experience and are used to working during sales opening hours.
• You value direct customer contact and even during high customer frequency, friendliness is your top priority.
• You enjoy selling BAUHAUS products and are also a cheerful and service-oriented personality.
