Your tasks – care during the quiet hours of the night

• Independent care and nursing of patients during the night
• Ensuring professional and individual care according to current standards
• Close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team to optimize processes
• Recognizing and assessing emergency situations as well as initiating appropriate measures
• Ensuring seamless nursing documentation and handover to the day team

Your profile – expertise for the night shift

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Experience in night shift or the willingness to familiarize yourself with this area
• High level of personal responsibility, independence, and resilience
• Empathy and patience in dealing with patients
• Willingness to work flexibly and integrate into a team
