To strengthen our purchasing team, we are looking for an experienced and committed: Operative Buyer 100% Your tasks • Process order suggestions and trigger orders • Create framework orders (e.g., annual quantities, lot sizes, etc.) • Optimization of procurement processes and material availability • Conducting price negotiations with suppliers • Negotiation and control of delivery and payment terms • Maintenance and updating of the supplier master data • Recording and maintenance of confirmations and offers in the system • Monitoring deadlines for supplier orders and contract manufacturing • Tracking of missing parts and performing inventory corrections • Taking over various administrative tasks related to purchasing Your profile: • Completed basic commercial training with further training in the field of purchasing • Several years of experience in purchasing, ideally in a manufacturing company • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs • Sound ERP user knowledge • Proficient German in spoken and written form • Good English skills in spoken and written form • High level of commitment, flexibility and quick comprehension • Networked thinking as well as a reliable and exact way of working • Enjoyment of teamwork and building long-term supplier relationships We offer: • Responsible, varied activity with scope for design • Short decision-making paths and a motivated, well-structured team • Modern working equipment as well as further training opportunities • Attractive and performance-related employment conditions Interest: We look forward to your application!
