School Social Worker

The municipality of Schafisheim near Lenzburg is nestled between two prominent hills, has very good traffic connections and is the gateway to the Seetal region. The employees of the municipality provide comprehensive services of high quality for the population. The Schafisheim primary school consists of 4 kindergarten departments and 11 departments from the 1st to the 6th grade of the primary level. Approximately 40 teachers, a caretaker team, a school administration and the school management support the core business of the school with a wide range of services. We are looking for a School Social Worker with a 50% workload for the Schafisheim primary school as of August 1, 2026 Your challenges • Low-threshold counseling work for students, parents and teachers • Implementation of projects in prevention work (early detection - prevention - intervention) • Crisis intervention in classes and individual case counseling • Cooperation and interface function with school, authorities, social services, institutions and specialist agencies • Co-design of an integrative, positive and violence-free school culture Our offer • Responsible activity in a diverse field of work • Employment conditions according to the municipal regulations with annual working hours • Independent field of action and room for personal initiative • Exchange vessels for intervisions (superintervention and intervision) as well as exchange in the regional SSA group • Motivated leadership and teaching teams as well as service-oriented school administrations Your profile • Completed training in social work or social pedagogy (HFS, FH) and CAS "Social Work in School" or willingness to complete this further training • An initiative, open personality who is used to working independently • Enjoyment and experience in dealing with children, adolescents and parents • Experience in school social work is an advantage • Experience in counseling work in various fields of work is an advantage • High social competence, flexibility, willingness to work and stress resistance • Systemic-solution-oriented and person-centered approach • High personal responsibility, team ability and good organizational skills • Networked thinking and acting You can expect versatile, exciting tasks in a lively work environment with your own design options as well as attractive further training opportunities.
