• Lead the registry professionally and organizationally and ensure a professional reception as well as reliable telephone availability at all times
• Be responsible for business administration in the GEVER system throughout its entire lifecycle and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, deadlines, and archiving processes
• Manage the efficient procurement of office supplies via eProcurement (SRM), ensure the up-to-date nature of fundamentals, instructions, and templates, and participate actively in projects and cross-departmental endeavors
• Train and advise employees of the Lehrverband Genie/Rettung/ABC as 1st-level support in the areas of business administration/registry (Acta Nova), eProcurement (SRM), and travel management
• Plan, coordinate, prepare, and follow up on reports and record the results and decisions clearly and in a structured manner. Ensure high-quality documentation and consistent follow-up

• Commercial basic training or equivalent qualification with corresponding professional experience
• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of working with internal and external stakeholders; proactive and independent working style
• Teamwork skills, perseverance, and persistence as well as a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Very good knowledge of common Microsoft programs
• Experience in business administration is an advantage, as is military knowledge
• Stylistically confident oral and written expression as well as good active knowledge in at least two official languages

The Training Command (Kdo Ausb) is responsible for training within the Swiss Army -- from recruitment to general basic training to cadre training for the militia and professional military. The Kdo Ausb includes the Higher Cadre Training, Army Personnel, five training associations, the training center, as well as the specialist office for Women in the Army and Diversity. One third of the approximately 2,350 employees work in civilian professions in scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative, or sporting fields and contribute to success together with the professional military.
