As part of a mandate entrusted by one of our clients, a company active in the construction field, we are looking for a motivated and rigorous Building Drafter to strengthen its team in the Lausanne region.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of preliminary design, inquiry, and execution plans
• Creation and updating of technical drawings in accordance with current standards
• Establishment of measurements and participation in the preparation of tender documents
• Coordination with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders
• Preparation and monitoring of technical files throughout the various project phases
• Verification of plan compliance and integration of requested modifications
• Participation in on-site surveys and updating of execution plans
• Monitoring project progress in compliance with deadlines and quality requirements

Profile

• CFC in building drafting or Swiss training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar position in Switzerland
• Good mastery of CAD/Drafting software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit or equivalent)
• Knowledge of Swiss construction standards and practices
• Ability to work autonomously while enjoying collaboration within a team
• Rigorous, precise, and conscientious personality
• Excellent organization and good management of priorities
• Stress resistance and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Mastery of French, both oral and written
