The Bildungszentrum Zürichsee (BZZ) is a cantonal vocational school with locations in Horgen and Stäfa. We train apprentices in the professions of Mediamatik, Informatics and childcare and offer commercial training. Informatikmittelschüler/innen attend subject lessons at the BZZ. As a recognized vocational baccalaureate location, we conduct the BM orientation Economics and Services, Type Economics.

We are looking for a vocational school teacher for general education with the assumption of Co-specialist group leadership ABU as of 1 September 2027.

Your tasks ###

• Providing general education lessons in the professions of Fachperson Betreuung with specialization in childcare (FaBe) EFZ, Mediamatiker/-in EFZ, Informatiker/-in EFZ, 3-5 days depending on the employment percentage
• Leading the FG ABU together with a Co-leader
• Participation in the hiring of new teachers
• Further development of the ABU at the BZZ / implementation of the cantonal school curriculum
• Technical quality assurance of the ABU
• Collaboration and/or leadership of project-related and organizational tasks
• Responsibility for the departments of the FG ABU and mbA jobs (technical right of instruction)
• Cooperation and regular exchange with other specialist group leaders and the Head of Department for Social Professions

Your profile ###

• Degree as a certified vocational school teacher for general education (obA/mbA)
• Teaching experience at the Sek II vocational school level
• Confident application of digital media in lessons
• Conceptual and analytical thinking
• Enjoyment of a Co-specialist group leadership and the technical leadership of the ABU team
• High social competence and enjoyment in dealing with young learners
