You guarantee quality teaching, the proper functioning of school establishments, as well as the implementation of municipal and cantonal orientations. Your main responsibilities Ensuring the general management of primary and secondary schools. Guaranteeing the proper functioning of the establishments and accompanying their development. Implementing the decisions of the municipal and cantonal authorities. Supervising, supporting, and developing the teaching staff. Promoting a collaborative and constructive working climate. Maintaining quality relationships with parents, authorities, and institutional partners. Developing and managing the budget as well as financial monitoring. Managing school infrastructure and equipment. Representing the schools to external partners and promoting development projects. Your profile You are a personality recognized for your leadership, your sense of organization, and your excellent interpersonal skills. You enjoy operating at the interface between pedagogical, human, and institutional challenges. Recognized pedagogical training. Training in school management or a title deemed equivalent. Additional training in management, leadership, or public administration. Proven experience in teaching. Experience in team management or school management. Good knowledge of the Valais school system and the applicable legal bases.
