Industrialization Manager

Our client, a company specialized in the design and installation of industrial machines, based in the Lausanne region, is looking for an Industrialization Manager.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead industrialization and production implementation projects.
• Supervise and support technical teams.
• Optimize processes, costs, and industrial performance.
• Coordinate the various departments involved in projects.
• Guarantee the quality and reliability of production processes.
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of production means.

Your profile:

• Higher technical education or equivalent.
• Proven experience in industrialization and/or production.
• Experience in team management.
• Analytical spirit, leadership, and sense of responsibility.
• Fluent French, English is an asset.
