Steel Construction Project Manager - 100%

Adecco is looking for a Steel Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate its steel construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from the study phase to completion
• Plan and coordinate the various stages of projects
• Ensure monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality
• Coordinate the drawing, fabrication, and assembly teams
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, architects, and partners
• Analyze plans and technical documents
• Monitor fabrication and assembly on site
• Participate in site meetings and ensure work follow-up
• Guarantee compliance with safety standards and technical requirements

Profile

• Technical training in steel construction, framework, or a similar field
• Proven experience in managing steel construction projects
• Good technical knowledge of the sector
• Ability to read and understand technical plans
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and decision-making spirit
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate different stakeholders
• Proficiency in standard IT tools
• Professional experience in Switzerland, an asset
