AOI Specialist / Operator (m/f/d)

Creation, optimization, and support of AOI programs (incl. reprogramming and adjustments in case of changes). Evaluation and analysis of inspection results as well as continuous process optimization on the line to increase FPY. Creation of scan programs based on CAD & customer data. Support of production with AOI/machine problems and sustainable troubleshooting. Monitoring of production data (MES) as well as coordination with IT and support departments. Collaboration with NPI and QM during product and process changes. Participation in prototypes, assembly analyses, and optimizations. Support in training and knowledge building in the AOI/MOI environment. Participation in machine maintenance and system improvements. Documentation and continuous improvement of AOI processes. Support on the line with simple activities (e.g., labeling, handling, rework). Support in the processing of QM cases. Contact person for MES topics in production. Experience in electronics manufacturing, ideally in the area of AOI / inspection / SMT IPC-A-610 certificate is required (expired certificate valid) Experience with PARMI AOI is required Technical understanding and experience in handling CAD data is an advantage Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working High quality standards and interest in process optimization Good cooperation with interfaces (production, QM, IT) Experience with Factory Logix is an advantage Willingness to work shifts Flat hierarchies, direct communication, and a corporate culture characterized by integrity, courage, and a sense of responsibility.
