Digital Marketing Manager (w/m/d) Your new tasks • Operative SEA implementation (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) – campaign setup, optimization and monitoring based on established strategy • SEA agency coordination – briefings, quality assurance, campaign implementation • A/B testing: conception & implementation – independent test hypotheses, setup via testing tool, QA and evaluation • A/B testing roadmap & agency coordination – analysis of optimization potential, prioritization, process development, agency briefings and support What you bring with you • Operative knowledge of Google Ads (structure, processes, KPIs); ideally initial experience with Microsoft Advertising • Practical experience with A/B tests on landing pages (hypothesis to analysis) • Ability to derive test hypotheses and optimization measures from user behavior and business requirements. • Analytical, structured, independent and quality-conscious way of working • Ideally experience in eCommerce, in retail or in the furniture industry • Agency/project coordination experience is an advantage • Knowledge of testing/analytics tools (Chameleon, Hotjar, Quantum Metric or similar) • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, ideally JavaScript • Interest in AI application possibilities in A/B testing is present
