Your challenges Together with your team, you assume overall responsibility for the material flows from input to output and further develop the areas of fuels, recyclables and logistics. This also includes the strategic and operational further development of the Regional Reception Centers (RAZ) as well as other external locations. As a member of the Executive Board, you help shape the direction of the association, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain cooperation with municipalities, municipal works, disposal officers and other stakeholders. What you bring You are a strong leader, well-educated personality with several years of leadership, personnel and profit responsibility as well as a sound understanding of the waste, disposal or recycling industry. Experience in pricing, tariff structures or comparable market-related issues is an advantage. You recognize developments early, plan carefully and implement clear decisions effectively. In doing so, you communicate convincingly, negotiate confidently and win people over for changes. A completed university degree or a comparable higher vocational education forms your professional basis.
