Your Mission As a sales professional, your technical know-how enables you to acquire customers and sell the best energy storage solution for every customer. In this way, you contribute significantly to the growth of our company. You are a salesperson, consultant, and technical project preparer in one person. Your Tasks You accompany our customers from initial contact to the sales closing. Through subsequent technical project preparation, you contribute to smooth and efficient project implementation and installation. Sales & Acquisition Customer acquisition (B2B and B2C) Qualification of leads Telephone consultation and sales Personal consultation and sales at the customer's site (focus) Internal sales support tasks Presentation and sale of product solutions for the "Stromspeicher" business unit Quotation creation, negotiation, and closing responsibility Technical project preparation - Inspection at the customer's site and documentation of: Electrical installation (meters, fuses, space conditions) PV system (existing / expansion potential) Grid connection situation Installation site for storage / inverter - Recording of all relevant data, photos, and measurements - Handover of a ready-to-implement project to technicians/project management Your Profile You are an empathetic, proactive, communicative, and self-motivated person who thinks independently and questions the status quo. Basic training in electrical engineering or many years of practice in the PV/storage environment Several years of experience in field service / technical sales Proven closing strength High communication and consulting competence Strong motivation, sense of responsibility, and independence Deep industry, market, and product knowledge Network Very good German skills, other languages an advantage Digital affinity (CRM, MS Office organization tools, etc.) Driver's license Cat.
