This is what you will do:

• Functional and personnel leadership of the outbound and freight forwarding team (approx. 6 employees) incl. ensuring the timely and customer-oriented delivery of all shipments
• Responsible Known Consignor
• Development, implementation, and optimization of packaging concepts as well as leadership and participation in packaging projects
• Responsibility for operational hazardous goods management in the logistics area

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a Logistiker:in EFZ or a comparable qualification with several years of experience in freight forwarding and transport
• Fluent German skills and good English skills in speaking and writing
• Leadership experience as well as the ability to motivate and successfully develop teams
• Very good knowledge of packaging technology and packaging optimization as well as experience as a Known Consignor
• Good SAP and MS Office skills, a structured way of working, and ideally Lean experience
