You take full responsibility for your team and ensure that our customers feel completely comfortable in your store. Your Tasks Leadership: You motivate your team, take on personnel management and duty scheduling. Performance: You are responsible for turnover, the cash register and analyze the shop performance weekly. Brand Experience: You are responsible for visual merchandising and creative window design. Operations: You manage stock management, the ordering process and assortment maintenance. Your Profile You have a great passion for fashion and enjoy sales. You already bring sales experience as well as initial leadership experience. You are an open-minded, authentic and service-oriented personality. You work with self-commitment, reliability and speak business fluent German.
