Around 110 seniors live with us in apartments as well as 50 residents in the care department – they are at the center of our actions. At the same time, we see ourselves as an open meeting place with diverse gastronomy, lively encounters from culture, sport and education, as well as modern seminar and event rooms – supported by around 120 dedicated employees who work here daily with competence and heart. Now we are creating a new role that actively develops and implements our roadmap. Together with the specialist departments and external ICT partners, you will drive digitalization projects forward, further develop our ICT landscape and digital solutions, and actively help shape the digital future of Die Residenz Au Lac. Your tasks You coordinate ICT and digitalization projects from idea to implementation. You collect requirements from the specialist departments, structure and prioritize them. You further develop digital solutions, processes and services together with internal and external partners. You support ICT strategy, management and governance. You prepare decision-making bases, variants and recommendations. You manage external ICT partners and keep an eye on quality, deadlines, costs and impact. You bring transparency to pending tasks, priorities, risks and lifecycle topics What you bring with you Education or further training in business informatics, informatics, medical informatics, project or process management or comparable experience Prior knowledge in healthcare, long-term care or medical informatics is an advantage Experience in ICT project management, business analysis, application management, IT service management or provider management good understanding of business processes, digital solutions and the interface between business and ICT structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation knowledge in data protection, IT security, ICT governance or lifecycle topics is an advantage Good German and French skills for our bilingual environment Die Residenz Au Lac offers you A newly created role with a lot of creative freedom, responsibility and short decision-making paths.
