• 01 August 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Rue Pré-du-Marché 23, 1004 Lausanne For our client, a recognized and well-established company in the Lausanne region, active in the sanitary field, we are recruiting a: Certified Sanitary Technician M/F - Site Supervision and Customer Service Certified Sanitary Technician M/F - Your mission: • Ensure the technical and organizational supervision of after-sales service (SAV) sites, renovations, and sanitary repairs • Be the face of the company to a demanding clientele: real estate agencies, property management companies, conciergeries, and owners • Carry out technical visits, establish diagnostics, advise, and propose suitable solutions • Prepare offers, estimates, and tenders, and ensure follow-up until invoicing • Coordinate teams of installers and subcontracting partners, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality • Guarantee irreproachable customer service through your reactivity and sense of service Your profile - Certificate required: • Training: Certificate required. You hold a Federal Diploma of Sanitary Foreman, a Federal Diploma of Sanitary Project Manager, or an ES Technician diploma in building technology oriented towards sanitary • Confirmed field experience in Switzerland in the sanitary field, ideally with experience in site supervision • Genuine commercial flair and excellent customer service orientation, you enjoy contact and know how to convince • Autonomous, organized, solution-oriented, and responsible • Category B driver's license indispensable We offer you: • A permanent position in CDI at 100%, with a high degree of autonomy • A responsible role, between technical and commercial, far from routine • Start date: immediately or to be agreed Please send us your complete application file.
