The Stiftung FARO accompanies and cares for adults with cognitive and/or mental impairments. We are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Specialist Care Worker 70 - 90 % The Wohnhaus Sternbild is located on the Königsfelden site and offers residential places with employment. In currently 7 residential groups, we ensure needs-based, resource-oriented, and holistic care for approximately 30 clients, some of whom have strongly challenging behaviors. Your tasks • Integrating the resources and needs of the clients into daily life organization • Ensuring and documenting the handling of challenging situations or crises • Building and maintaining a professional relationship with the clients • Carrying out and evaluating professional types of intervention • Ensuring the basic needs of our clients, such as health care, execution of medical prescriptions, as well as domestic tasks • Organizing the daily life of the clients and enriching it with day-structuring activities, recipient-oriented communication, leisure activities, and educational activities • Transfer of agogic principles into daily life Your qualification • Completed vocational training as a Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe) • Several years of experience in the care of people with strongly challenging behavior and mental impairments • High social competence and assertiveness, as well as strong mental and physical resilience • A strong sense of responsibility, independent action, and teamwork skills are essential for everyday work Our offer This varied and interesting work enables an in-depth engagement with different personalities and needs.
