The role includes technical customer support, the coordination of service technicians, and cooperation with international locations.

Your Task ##

• Answering technical customer inquiries and receiving service reports
• Preparation of maintenance and repair offers for customers
• Coordination and technical support of the service technicians in German-speaking Switzerland
• Processing of spare part orders and complaints in the service area
• Monitoring of logistics and SAP applications in all areas

Your Profile ##

• Technical basic training, ideally with commercial further training
• High degree of technical understanding in electricity and mechanics
• Independent, structured, and exact way of working with high resilience
• Fluent German skills and English skills, French is an advantage
• Experience with SAP systems and customer-oriented action
