Engineer Industrialization & Project Management (80-100 %), Work Location Chur

In small, interdisciplinary teams, we develop and realize products from the first idea to series production. In this function, you will work at the interface between development and production and ensure that innovative product ideas become manufacturing-ready solutions.

Your profile:

• Engineer FH/ETH, preferably in the field of mechanical engineering
• Several years of experience in technical project management and in industrialization
• Experience in the design and dimensioning of plastic and metal components
• Experience with common 3D-CAD programs
• Preferably knowledge of programming languages relevant to development (Python, JS, etc.)
• Experience in cooperating with different specialist departments and external partners
• Very good German and English skills

Your main tasks:

• Plan, coordinate and control technical projects and industrializations from feasibility to production start-up
• Conduct feasibility studies
• Develop and implement production solutions
• Accompany prototypes, pre-series and production start-ups
• Coordinate involved specialist departments and external partners
• Create specifications and bills of materials
• Maintain project documentation
