Carpentry Workshop Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Drive production and ensure the smooth running of projects
• Distribute tasks and manage workshop resources
• Supervise and develop employee skills
• Guarantee the quality of achievements and compliance with deadlines
• Ensure follow-up of orders and manufacturing priorities
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers and technical teams
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment

Profile

• CFC in carpentry or a title deemed equivalent
• Significant experience in manufacturing and fitting
• Experience in team management or strong managerial potential
• Mastery of carpentry techniques and materials
• Sense of organization, rigor and spirit of initiative
• Ease in exchanges with clients and various project interlocutors
