Your tasks: Leading the institution / administrative and organizational management of the nursery / parental work / implementation of the pedagogical concept Ramaki as well as the regulations / nursery events / employee management / responsibility for trainees / public relations / participation in the nursery management team Requirements: Tertiary education Childhood Educator HF, industry certificate or equivalent training / leadership training / flair for administrative activities / very good spoken English skills / enthusiasm for teamwork / flexibility / resilience and endurance.
