For our workshop, we are looking for a committed person with strong leadership skills as a workshop manager (m/f/d).

In this key position, you will assume the technical and personnel management of our workshop team and contribute significantly to guaranteeing high service and quality of work.

Your tasks

• Technical and personnel management of the workshop team
• Planning, management and control of workshop processes
• Preparation of offers and financial control
• Ensuring efficient planning of resources and personnel
• Support of employees in technical and diagnostic challenges
• Maintenance of the 7/24 on-call service
• Responsibility for quality, compliance with deadlines and occupational safety
• Promotion and development of employees
• Collaboration with other departments and external partners
• Continuous optimization of processes and workflows

Our expectations

• Several years of professional experience in the field of construction machinery, agricultural machinery or in comparable technical sectors
• In-depth knowledge in maintenance, repair and diagnosis of construction machinery, as well as electronic controls and hydraulic systems
• Proven experience in management as well as pleasure in leading and developing employees
• Completed training as an industrial master or equivalent qualification
• High social competence, assertiveness and organizational skills
• Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• German native language or equivalent level
• Commercial understanding as well as experience in calculating offers and cost control
• Entrepreneurial spirit and cost awareness
• Knowledge of French and English is an asset
