Polymechanic with 3D coordinate measuring machines

Activity

• Independently set up and operate 3D coordinate measuring machines
• Create measurement programs for 3D testing systems yourself
• Perform quality controls on various compressor components
• Evaluate measurement data and record test reports
• Write and track NCR reports

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as Polymechanikerin or Polymechaniker or Maschinenmechanikerin or Maschinenmechaniker
• Practical experience in measurement technology and quality assurance
• Knowledge of 3D coordinate measuring machines, ideally Hexagon KMG programming
• Confident use of an overhead crane up to 20 tonnes
• Routine with Office365, SAP and WAY as well as good German language skills
