We are not looking for a follower. We are looking for a doer. FaBe Kind EFZ | Group Leader | Vocational Trainer | Deputy Nursery Management You are experienced. You take on responsibility. You want to shape things instead of just going along. Then perhaps we are looking for exactly you. Kinderkrippe Schmiedhof in Zürich is looking for an engaged and experienced Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ (Childcare Specialist EFZ) as of 1. January 2027, who is ready to take the next step and combine several areas of responsibility. You will take on the group leadership, accompany our apprentices with the training system time2learn and support the nursery management as a deputy. We are not looking for a person who simply fills a function. We are looking for a personality who thinks ahead, takes responsibility, supports decisions and enjoys making a difference together with a team. Your role with us As a Group Leader, you are the heart of your group and, together with your team, ensure a safe, loving and professional everyday life for our children. As a vocational trainer, you accompany our apprentices on their training path, give them orientation and support them in growing professionally and personally. And as a deputy for the nursery management, you are an important contact person for the team and support the management with organizational, personnel and pedagogical topics. Training as Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ
Several years of professional experience
Experience as a group leader
Joy in the training and accompaniment of apprentices
Experience with time2learn or the willingness to familiarize yourself with it
Ideally experience as a deputy for a nursery management
Sense of responsibility and organizational talent
A clear, appreciative and solution-oriented communication
Joy in taking on responsibility and actively shaping things
Heart, humor and enthusiasm for working with children
