We are looking for an engaged specialist per sofort or by arrangement to strengthen our team. The position is temporarily limited until 31 December 2026. Subsequent continued employment can be reviewed in the event of mutual interest, appropriate performance and available operational possibility.

• You promote social contacts and support the establishment and maintenance of sustainable relationships.
• You strengthen participation in cultural and social life.
• You help design needs-based communication and orientation aids.
• You accompany educational and development processes with the goal of the greatest possible independence and self-determination.
• You work closely with your team as well as with specialists from various fields.
• You actively contribute to the design and further development of daily residential life.

What you bring with you ##

• A completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung, preferably in the field of people with impairments, or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in accompanying people with impairments is desirable.
• You enjoy a solution-oriented and structured way of working, for example within the framework of participation management.
• You are open to flexible working hours.
• An appreciative and resource-oriented way of dealing with people is natural to you.
• You think in networks, are resilient and strong in communication and act responsibly.
• A driver's license is an advantage.
