Scheduler / Scheduler Medical Outpatient Clinic - With regular working hours from Monday to Friday

If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks:

• Scheduling of consultation and examination appointments for diabetology/endocrinology, cardiology, pneumology and gastroenterology
• Processing internal and external referrals via telephone, e-mail, fax and post
• Operating the patient reception
• Performing secretarial tasks (managing medical records, answering e-mails, telephone service, sending and requesting medical reports)

Become part of the Department for Emergency and Acute Medicine at Spital Zollikerberg. In the Klinik für Innere Medizin with further training status A, we care for over 2-500 inpatient patients, over 6-000 emergencies as well as more than 450 patients in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit annually. On our interdisciplinary wards, a versatile field of activity awaits you with the specialist focuses of Palliative Care, Internal Medicine and Surgery. Our wards are managed according to the primary nursing system.

• Basic medical training (FaGe, MPA or physician secretary) with experience in scheduling
• Organizational talent with a precise way of working and high resilience
• Very good PC skills
• Stylish German in spoken and written form and simple conversations in English possible
