Head of Quality Management and Sustainability Started in 1922 as a small family business, the -Group has grown over the decades. To strengthen our team at the headquarters in Moosseedorf, we are looking for exactly you. Head of Quality Management and Sustainability HERE YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE You are responsible for the further development and harmonization of the integrated management system (IMS) across all organizational units. You coordinate and control all activities in the areas of quality management and sustainability. You ensure compliance with and further development of the requirements according to ISO 9001 (quality) as well as the sustainability specifications. Together with the specialist departments, you continuously develop, operate and optimize the IMS as well as the group-wide multisite structure. The planning, preparation, implementation, accompaniment and documentation of internal and external audits is also part of your tasks. In addition, you prepare annual reports and audit reports involving the relevant data and contributions of the companies. You lead the Quality and Sustainability specialist group professionally and work closely with the representatives of the companies. You undertake the training and sensitization of employees and actively promote a quality- and sustainability-oriented corporate culture. You observe relevant developments and trends in your field of expertise and initiate as well as control corresponding projects and improvement measures. YOUR FOUNDATION You have a technical or business administration education, for example in the areas of construction, engineering or business administration. You bring sound knowledge in quality management according to ISO 9001 as well as in the area of sustainability and ESG. Ideally, you have an auditor or lead auditor certification and have further trained in the area of sustainability. You have been able to gain several years of experience in a construction, infrastructure or project-oriented environment. You have experience in auditing as well as in the establishment, operation and further development of management systems. You think strategically and entrepreneurially, communicate in an audience-appropriate manner and convince through your structured and analytical way of working. You enjoy actively driving quality and sustainability topics forward and shaping changes in a decentralized organization together with various stakeholders. You have experience in lateral leadership and bring competencies in project and process management. You communicate stylistically confident in German and ösisch. Additionally, ideally you have good Italian language skills.
