What awaits you

• Holistic care and support of residents with a focus on dementia
• Responsibility as a reference person and active co-design of the care process
• Participation in care needs assessments according to RAI
• Electronic nursing documentation with modern work tools
• Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits
• Assumption of daily responsibility
• Participation in quality and development topics within nursing
• Responsibility for apprentices and interns
• Accompaniment, promotion, and training of AGS, FaGe, and SRK apprentices
• Cooperation with vocational schools, relatives, and internal stakeholders
• Participation in the selection of future apprentices

Requirement profile

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Knowledge of the RAI system or interest in corresponding further training
• Joy in working with people with dementia
• Independent, responsible, and empathetic way of working
• Humor, passion, and enthusiasm for the nursing profession
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language
