Together with internal and external partners, we ensure a modern IT service, aligned with the requirements of education, for around 60'000 users at over 40 cantonal schools. Our organizational unit Digitales thus makes a central contribution to the digital transformation of education. To strengthen our team «Digitaler Wandel an kantonalen Schulen Sek II» (DiWaSek II), we are looking for an IT Project Manager (female or male) with a workload of 80-100%, effective immediately or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility Do you want to make a difference? Then you have come to the right place. In this role, you will actively help shape the digital transformation at the cantonal schools of secondary level II. You will consolidate, modernize, and standardize the technical and pedagogical ICT services and contribute to ensuring that our migration projects are implemented on schedule, with quality, and according to objectives. In doing so, you act as a central interface between the schools, internal and external service providers, and other project partners. In close coordination with the other members of the project management, you plan, lead, and coordinate the migration projects and, if necessary, also take on operational tasks. With your expertise and experience, you will make a significant contribution to the successful implementation of contemporary digital teaching. Your commitment directly benefits young people, teachers, school management, and school administration. Your profile For this task, you have a completed degree as an IT specialist, business information scientist HF/FH, or a comparable qualification. You have experience in project management, ideally with knowledge of HERMES and ITIL, and enjoy acting as a link between the various stakeholders. You enjoy making complex relationships understandable and translating them into concrete solutions. Your way of working is structured, but also solution-oriented and characterized by a strong hands-on mentality. You communicate proactively, enjoy working interdisciplinary, and have a stylish manner of expression in German, both orally and in writing.
