The residential group belongs to the Gmeinschaft Züriberg and provides a home for nine adult people with different cognitive and psychological impairments. Our work is oriented towards a holistic view of the human being based on the anthroposophical understanding of humanity.

In a spacious house with a garden in a beautiful location at Zürichberg, we accompany our residents individually in their everyday lives. In doing so, the home of the people is our central focus.

For the leadership of the residential group, we are looking for a professionally skilled, humanly approachable and strong leadership personality as of 01.12.2026 or by arrangement.

Your versatile tasks

As team leader, you bear the professional, personnel and organizational responsibility for the residential group and lead a team with different professional backgrounds and competencies. At the same time, you remain part of everyday life and also work directly in the accompaniment of the residents.

Your tasks include in particular:

• Personnel and professional leadership of the team
• Organization and coordination of the residential group's daily life
• Ensuring professional and individual accompaniment of the residents
• Promotion of self-determination, participation and the greatest possible independence
• Planning and leading team meetings as well as employee appraisals
• Accompanying and further developing agogic processes
• Reference person work as well as cooperation with relatives, legal representatives, doctors and internal and external specialist agencies
• Responsibility for reliable documentation and administrative processes
• Responsibility for staff scheduling.
• Constructive cooperation with area management, management and other areas of the Gmeinschaft Züriberg

Your profile

You are interested or bring with you:

• a completed education in Social Pedagogy HF/FH, Social Work FH, as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ or a comparable qualification
• professional experience in the accompaniment of people with support needs
• leadership experience or corresponding further training or the willingness to develop further in the area of leadership
• joy in the combination of leadership tasks and direct accompaniment work
• organizational skill and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• Ideally, you bring experience in dealing with challenging behaviors and understand them as an attempt at communication.
• Openness towards the anthroposophical view of humanity
• You can work independently and ask for support in good time. You are used to reflecting on your way of working and want to constantly develop further.
